Learners are saying:
“What stood out for me during the training was the simple actions or listening, pausing and asking powerful questions.”
“The most valuable tools for me were powerful questioning, active listening and being comfortable with silence.”
“I observed increased confidence in my team, they are more comfortable to engage and they are much more solutions-driven.
“I learnt how to create a safe environment built on trust where colleagues can engage and be confident to seek solutions to their own challenges.”
“The course was extremely practical. Everything we learnt felt relevant and immediately usable.”
It changed how I showed up as a leader every day.
A shift was created for me when I realised silence isn’t awkward. It’s about creating that safe space for others to think and formulate their own solutions. That’s where great coaching comes from.
I learnt that it’s about asking the right questions, not just giving advice.
The people I coach are more engaged and there’s an increased accountability. The quality of the conversations is also better.
Learning to coach has allowed me to unlearn, empty my cup and use the tools and knowledge to create the space for others to grow and take ownership.
As the leader you don’t have to come up with all the solutions. Coaching enables others to do their best thinking. It has allowed me to engage differently with my people by engaging them through the GROW model to come up with their own solutions.
